[ha • bi] Filipijns voor "weven"

Mini habi is ontstaan uit een gevoel dat herkenbaar is voor iedereen die Azië heeft verlaten, maar het nog altijd met zich meedraagt: een verlangen naar niet alleen de plek, maar ook naar de warmte, de energie en de geborgenheid van het daar zijn. Dit kleine merk is de realisatie van een droom om dat gevoel dichtbij te houden, en om het te delen met iedereen die die warmte en rust zoekt in het dagelijks leven.

Elk item is ontworpen om die energie in jouw huis te brengen, geïnspireerd door de rijke esthetiek van Zuidoost- en Oost-Azië. We combineren PLA (bioplastic) met zorgvuldig gekozen materialen zoals washi-papier, knoopkoorden en ledverlichting.

Hoe het wordt gemaakt

Al onze producten worden ontworpen en gemaakt in Voorburg met behulp van PLA (polylactic acid). Dit is een biogebaseerd polymeer dat wordt gewonnen uit hernieuwbare bronnen zoals cassave, maïszetmeel of suikerriet. Hoewel deze eigenschappen het materiaal ongeschikt maken voor gebruik bij hoge temperaturen (het vervormt rond de 60°C), zorgt diezelfde eigenschap ervoor dat het biologisch kan worden afgebroken in industriële composteringsinstallaties.

Dankzij Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D-printen hebben we geen grootschalige industriële productie nodig. Elk ontwerp wordt met precisie tot leven gebracht, laagje voor laagje, gewoon hier in Nederland.

FAQs
How can I care for my mini habi items?
  • Keep your products away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or hot electronics, as PLA begins to soften and warp at temperatures between 50 and 60°C.
  • Avoid extreme heat and weather. Do not leave them inside a parked car during the summer or outside in the garden/on a balcony.
  • The lamps should only be used with low-heat LED bulbs.
  • To clean the 3D printed parts, wipe with damp cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know waiting is annoying, so we’re working as fast as we can! In-stock items will be on their way to you in 2–3 days. For pre-orders, please give us 1 week to make your items.

Delivery time for custom designs will be discussed individually.
How much is the delivery fee?

Shipping fee is 6.95 eur, with free delivery for orders of 80 eur and above.

If your address is within our biking range*, we'll deliver your purchase for free, no mimimum amount required!

Can I return my order?

We always hope you love your items, but if it is not quite what you expected, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please use the contact form or email info@minihabi.nl with your order number. Shipping costs for returns will be shouldered by the buyer.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items (such as products with custom names, custom text, or personal designs)cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. Please email us at info@minihabi.nl with your order number and request.
Can I make a custom order?

We love custom projects! Just send us an email at info@minihabi.nl or use the contact form with your ideas or questions, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to see what we can create together.
Can I ship an item directly to a loved one?

Absolutely, just write in the special instructions field in your cart letting us know it's a gift. We will make sure to include a free card with your short message, so don't forget to include your personal message in the note.
