[ha • bi] Filipino for "weave"

Mini habi was born from a feeling familiar to anyone who has left Asia and carries it with them still: a longing not just for the place, but for the warmth, the energy, and the comfort of being there. This small brand is the realization of a dream to keep that feeling close, and to share it with everyone who wants that warmth and calm in their everyday.

Each piece is designed to carry that energy into your home, drawing from the rich aesthetics of Southeast and East Asia. We combine PLA (bioplastic) with our chosen materials such as washi paper, knotting cords, and LED lighting.

How it's made

All our products are designed and made in Voorburg using PLA, or polylactic acid, a bio-based polymer made from renewable sources like cassava, corn starch, or sugarcane. While its properties make it unsuitable to high temperature uses (it softens at around 60°C), the same property allows it to be broken down in industrial composting facilities.

With Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) 3D printing, we bypass the need for industrial-scale manufacturing.  Each design is brought to life with precision, one layer at a time, right here in The Netherlands.

FAQs
How can I care for my mini habi items?
  • Keep your products away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or hot electronics, as PLA begins to soften and warp at temperatures between 50 and 60°C.
  • Avoid extreme heat and weather. Do not leave them inside a parked car during the summer or outside in the garden/on a balcony.
  • The lamps should only be used with low-heat LED bulbs.
  • To clean the 3D printed parts, wipe with damp cloth. Do not put in the dishwasher.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We know waiting is annoying, so we’re working as fast as we can! In-stock items will be on their way to you in 2–3 days. For pre-orders, please give us 1 week to make your items.

Delivery time for custom designs will be discussed individually.
How much is the delivery fee?

Shipping fee is 6.95 eur, with free delivery for orders of 80 eur and above.
Can I return my order?

We always hope you love your items, but if it is not quite what you expected, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please use the contact form or email info@minihabi.nl with your order number. Shipping costs for returns will be shouldered by the buyer.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items (such as products with custom names, custom text, or personal designs)cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. Please email us at info@minihabi.nl with your order number and request.
Can I make a custom order?

We love custom projects! Just send us an email at info@minihabi.nl or use the contact form with your ideas or questions, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to see what we can create together.
Can I ship an item directly to a loved one?

Absolutely, just write in the special instructions field in your cart letting us know it's a gift. We will make sure to include a free card with your short message, so don't forget to include your personal message in the note.
Do you ship internationally?
