Kalinga Vase - Small

The Kalinga Vase is a modern tribute to the shape of stacked clay pots used in a traditional Philippine dance, showcasing the strength, agility, and balance of women as they carry heavy clay pots on their heads. Traditionally, women from the Kalinga community traveled long distances to fetch water, balancing the pots on their heads all the way home.

We incorporated this into our design as a reminder to find balance in our own modern lives.
